摘　　要：介绍王国才教授治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧凸症(AIS)临证思想及特色手法。王老认为AIS治疗要重视整体辨证,因人而宜;筋骨并重,调整脊柱力学平衡,重视调胸整肋,改善胸廓畸形;强调医者的功法练习,常针灸、推拿并用,注重补泻,并首创禅针法。王老总结出一整套治疗AIS的整脊手法,其中旋肋整胸法、旋脊法、提肩压胛法、仰卧位腰椎旋转扳法等皆为首创,临床疗效肯定。Clinical thoughts and manipulation of Professor WANG Guocai on treating adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)is summarized.According to Professor WANG,pattern differentiation of the whole body should be emphasized and the treatment should be individualized.Both bones and muscles should be treated to adjust the mechanical balance of the spine.Chest and ribs should be adjusted to ameliorate the thoracic deformity.The practice by practitioner is important,and acupuncture and massage should be applied in combination.Nourishing and reducing should be emphasized.Professor WANG also has invented zen acupuncture.He summarized a complete set of spinal reposition manipulation for treating AIS,including rib spine adjustment,spine rotation,shoulder lift,and supine lumbar spine rotation,all of which are initialized by Professor WANG,with positive clinical effect.
