摘　　要：介绍王功国教授治疗骨伤病经验。王教授认为骨折患者常虚实夹杂,主张祛瘀不忘扶正,后期治疗重在补肾通络,提倡使用膏方;治骨折肿痛宜先治肿,肿消则痛减,并主导研制了消肿止痛纱;对创伤性骨髓炎者治以清热化腐生肌法,创清热化腐生肌膏;在正骨手法方面,强调医者应勤于练习,达到“手随心转,法从手出”的境界;对于骨折的整复,提倡摒弃僵硬的石膏外固定,使用轻便透气的杉树皮夹板固定;骨折内固定手术时实行钻头颗粒骨回植,以促进骨折愈合。Experience of Professor WANG Gongguo on treating bone injury was summarized.Professor WANG holds that patients with fractures are often of mixed deficiency and excess,and advocates removing stasis with reinforcing healthy qi.The treatment of fractures later stage should aim at tonifying kidneys and unblocking collaterals,and the ointment should be applied.For the treatment of fractures with swelling and pain,swelling should be treated first for pain is relieved after swelling is relieved.Swelling and pain relief yarn is invented by Professor WANG.For the traumatic osteomyelitis,clearing heat,resolving putridity and promoting granulation should be applied and Qingre Huafu Shengji Ointment(清热化腐生肌膏)was invented.On the bone setting,orthopedist should be diligent in practice to achieve“hands follows heart to perform,method is taken out of hand”;For the rehabilitation of fractures,it is recommended to abandon the rigid plaster external fixation and use fir bark splint which is light and good air permeability for fixation.During the internal fixation of fractures,a drill bit bone replantation is performed to promote fracture healing.
