摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤专科医院日间诊疗模式的构建及输液信息系统在日间输液管理中的应用效果。方法以门诊输液系统及医嘱HIS系统为基础,日间诊疗中心管理模式的现存问题为导向,研究制订分时段电子分区排位诊疗信息系统,自2018年3月开始运用于日间诊疗中心输液工作。方便抽样法分别选择2017年3—12月和2018年3—12月日间诊疗信息系统使用前后接诊的日间诊疗患者分别为2882人和2521人。比较两组床位周转率、输液等待所需时间(从挂号到开始输液的时间)和日接诊人次。结果2018年3月1日—12月31日与2017年同期相比两组数据,日间诊疗信息系统使用前后,床位周转率明显提高(P<0.001)、输液等待时间明显缩短(P<0.001)、日接诊人次明显提高(P<0.001);输液信息报表已图标形式呈现。结论日间诊疗信息系统的设计与应用,实现了日间诊疗输液排位、输液、症状管理等信息化和电子化,提高床位周转率,减少院前等待时间,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of infusion information system based on the operation mode of day care center in cancer hospital during daytime infusion.Methods Based on the outpatient infusion system and the doctor's order HIS system,and directed by the existing problems in the management mode of daytime clinic,a time-division electronic location diagnosis and treatment information system was developed.It has been used in daytime clinic infusion since January,2018.The convenience sampling method was used to select 2882 and 2521 patients before and after the day diagnosis and treatment information system was used in January-April 2017 and January-April 2018 respectively.The bed turnover rate,waiting time for transfusion(from registration to the beginning of transfusion)and daily visits were compared between the two groups.Results From April 1 to April 30,2018,compared with the same period in 2017,the bed turnover rate,infusion waiting time and daily visits were significantly increased(P<0.001)and the infusion information report forms were presented in icon form before and after the use of the daytime diagnosis and treatment information system.Conclusion The design and application of the infusion system in the daytime diagnosis and treatment center has achieved the informationization and electronization of the infusion displacement,infusion,and symptom management in the daytime diagnosis and treatment,improve the turnover rate of the bed,reduce the waiting time before the hospital,and improve the patient satisfaction.
