摘　　要：目的探讨通过加强对医院被服洗涤外包服务公司(以下简称“外包公司”)的动态监管,达到保障医院被服洗涤的质量及安全的目标。方法根据《医院医用织物洗涤消毒技术规范》及医院与被服洗涤外包服务提供商的合同文本等相关文件,重新梳理并修订对外包公司的动态监管方案,通过加强常态化的动态的日常监管,提高被服洗涤外包服务的质量及响应速度。结果通过强化对外包公司的监督与管理,被服的质量与数量、被服提供的及时性及安全性、被服外包的相关服务水平等均有较大程度的改善,并在动态化的常态监管下,能维持较高水平。结论医院被服洗涤外包后,如疏于管理,会出现各种质量及服务问题,通过强化动态监督管理,可以达到高质量保供的要求。Objective To study how to ensure the quality and safety of medical fabricswashing by strengthening the dynamic supervision of the company which provides outsourcing services of medical fabrics(hereinafter referred to as“the outsourcing company”).Methods Based on both<Technical specification for washing and disinfection of medical fabrics in hospitals>and the relevantcontract text which was signed between our hospital and outsourcing service provider,we rearranged and revised the dynamic regulatory reform of the outsourcing company.We strengthened the normalized and dynamic daily supervision to improve the quality and responding speed of the medical fabrics outsourcing service.Results Both the quality and quantity of the medical fabrics,timeliness and safety of provided fabrics,and other related services level of outfitting services were a significantly improved by strengthening the supervision of the outsourcing company.And all those improvements could maintain a high level under dynamic normal supervision.Conclusion Various quality and service problems will occur in outfitting services due to lack of proper oversight,while high-quality supply will be achieved by strengthening the normalized and dynamic daily supervision.
