摘 要:对沙洋县水稻种植区调查研究发现,区内土壤总硒平均含量为0.28 mg/kg,土壤有效态硒平均含量为6.38μg/kg,土壤整体呈中性,有机质含量均值为21.79 g/kg,土壤阳离子交换量均值为18.78 cmol/kg。进一步研究发现,土壤有效硒与土壤有机质、土壤阳离子交换量呈负相关,与土壤酸碱度呈正相关;稻米硒含量与土壤有效硒和土壤总硒呈正相关,总硒相关度高于有效硒。因此,在江汉平原提高土壤有效硒含量的方法主要有减少有机质的积累、提高土壤酸碱度、降低土壤阳离子交换量;提高水稻籽粒富硒系数应保持土壤酸碱度呈中性适当偏碱,过酸过碱都会使水稻富硒能力呈现不稳定波动,提高土壤总硒比提高土壤有效硒更有利于水稻籽粒富硒。Based on the geochemical survey of rice planting area in Shayang County,it shows that the average content of total selenium and available selenium is 0.28 mg/kg,6.38μg/kg,and the average content of organic matter is 21.79 g/kg.The average content of CEC is 18.78 cmol/kg.Soil organic matter and available selenium are inversely proportional to a certain extent.Soil pH is positively correlated with available selenium,and CEC is inversely proportional to available selenium.Available selenium in soil increased significantly in alkaline environment.Soil Available Selenium and total selenium can improve the selenium content of rice grain,but the soil available selenium Content in Shayang area is low,and the effect on the selenium content of rice grain is not as significant as that of soil total selenium.So in Jianghan Plain,the main ways to increase the available selenium content in soil are to reduce the accumulation of organic matter,increase soil alkalinity,decrease soil cation exchange capacity,and increase the selenium-enrichment coefficient of rice grain.The acidity and alkalinity of soil should be neutral and appropriate,and the excessive acidity and excessive alkalinity will make the selenium-enrichment ability of rice fluctuate unsteadily.Increasing total selenium in soil is more beneficial to enriching selenium in crops than improving available selenium in soil.
