摘　　要：黑龙江省种植甜菜已有100多年的历史,是我国甜菜制糖产业的发源地。调查发现,黑龙江制糖企业与甜菜种植户的合作基本上是直接签订合同,合同履约情况良好。甜菜种植户从糖厂购买甜菜种子,按照糖厂的技术要求准备地块、购置生产资料,在生产过程中会接受糖厂农业技术人员的技术指导;糖厂收购甜菜实行甜菜种植户直接将甜菜交给糖厂和由农户代储、糖厂拉运结合的两种收购方式,甜菜收购实行以质论价;多数甜菜种植户对糖厂的服务表示认可,但认为糖厂商誉一般或较差的也占四成,说明糖厂为甜菜种植户的服务还有改进空间。糖厂应在技术、资金方面对甜菜种植户的需求提供帮助,探索与农户稳定、持久合作方式,发展甜菜生产,保障原料供应,实现合作共赢。Heilongjiang province is the birthplace of sugar beet industry in China,and sugar beet has been planted for more than 100 years in the area.The survey showed that the cooperation between sugar enterprises and sugar beet growers was by direct signing of contracts,and it worked well.Sugar beet growers bought beet seeds from sugar factories,prepared farmlands and purchased means of production followed with the technical requirements of sugar factories,and received technical guidance from agricultural technicians of sugar factories in the process of sugar beet planting.Sugar factories purchased sugar beet roots by two ways.Direct delivery of beet roots to sugar factories by growers was the first way,and transportation of stored beet roots by sugar factories was the second way.In the process of beet roots purchasing,the price was determined by sugar content in beet roots.Most sugar beet growers accepted the service of sugar factories,but 40% of them doubted the reputation of sugar producers,which indicated the need in improvement in the service of sugar factories.The sugar mills should provide technical and financial assistance for the needs of sugar beet growers,explore stable and lasting ways of cooperation with farmers,to develop sugar beet production,guarantee the supply of raw materials and achieve win-win cooperation.
