摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的提出为村民自治提供了新的历史机遇和发展空间,村民自治是乡村振兴的要义之一,亦为乡村振兴提供了制度支撑与保障,两者相互嵌入,彼此之间存在紧密的价值耦合。作为乡村治理现代化图景实现基石的村民自治需要满足"治理有效"这一要求。从"管理民主"到"治理有效"的嬗变,要求从治理形态、治理资源、治理主体、治理载体层面对村民自治进行重新审视和设计。在乡村振兴战略背景下,村民自治的发展路径需要从多维度进行建构,体现为基层政治权威与乡村内生动力的协同共治,精英型农民群体的塑造,村域经济、文化与组织资源的三重嵌入,农村社区自治的形成及相关配套法律制度的健全。The rural vitalization strategy provides new opportunities and development space for villagers’ self-governance. Villagers’ self-governance is one of the essentials of rural vitalization and also provides institutional support and guarantee for rural vitalization. The two are embedded in each other and there is a close value coupling between them. As the cornerstone of the modernization of rural governance,villagers’ self-governance needs to achieve " effective governance". The evolution from "management democracy" to " effective governance" requires to review and redesign villagers’ self-governance from governance forms,governance resources,governance subjects and carriers. In the context of the rural vitalization strategy,villagers’ self-governance needs to be constructed from multiple dimensions,which is reflected in the co-governance of community-level political authority and rural endogenous power,reshaping farmer elites,the triple embedding of village economy,culture and organizational resources and the formation of rural community self-governance and the improvement of related supporting legal systems.
