摘 要:基于生态能量学和知识管理论将知识进行生态学解构,系统论述了知识能量的内涵和表征;提出"知识能量流动"概念,分析了知识能量流动的情境和机理,采用系统动力学模型研究了不同情境下知识能量流动的特征与规律。研究结果表明:知识具有生态能量学特征,知识势能、知识动能和知识内能共同决定知识能量结构;技术替代是知识能量流动的必要条件;知识能量结构是影响知识能量流量和流向的关键因素。This paper deconstructs knowledge by the theories of ecological energy and knowledge management, systematically discusses the connotation and representation of knowledge energy. Then, it presents a new concept of"knowledge energy flow", analyzes its situation and mechanism, and discusses its characteristics and rules by system dynamics model. Results show that, knowledge has the characteristics of ecological energy. The structure of knowledge energy jointly depends on knowledge potential energy, knowledge kinetic energy and knowledge internal energy. Technology substitution is necessary to knowledge energy flow. Knowledge energy structure is crucial to the quantity and direction of knowledge energy flow.
