模块化、知识流动与装备制造业集群企业创新绩效

摘　　要：从技术模块化、产品模块化和组织模块化对装备制造业集群企业创新绩效的影响出发,探究模块化-知识流动-集群企业创新绩效三者之间的作用机理。构建结构方程模型,对理论假设进行验证,结果表明:模块化对集群企业的创新绩效有正向的促进作用;在这一过程中,隐性知识流动和显性知识流动分别在技术模块化、产品模块化与集群企业创新绩效之间均起到了中介作用;但在组织模块化对集群企业创新绩效的影响过程中仅有显性知识流动起到了中介作用,隐性知识流动的中介作用未能得到证实。据此,提出了促进装备制造业集群企业创新绩效的管理策略。Based on the influence of technology modularization, product modularity and organization modularity on the innovation performance of equipment manufacturing cluster enterprises, this paper explores the functional mechanism of "modularity-knowledge flow-innovation performance of cluster enterprises". And then, the theoretical logic of "modularity-knowledge flow-innovation performance of cluster enterprises" is verified by constructing the Structural Equation Model. Results show that, modularization can promote the innovation performance of equipment manufacturing cluster enterprises in positive way. In this process, tacit knowledge flow and explicit knowledge flow play an intermediary role between technology modularization, product modularization and innovation performance of cluster enterprises. Explicit knowledge flow plays an intermediary role in the process of organizational modularization’s influence on innovation performance of cluster enterprises, but the role of implicit knowledge flow has not been verified. According to this, it puts forward the management strategy of promoting the innovation performance of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster enterprises.
