摘 要:工作幅宽是影响深松机结构特征、产品性能、作业面积的重要参数,本文在研究深松机工作原理的基础上,分析现用深松机工作幅宽测试方法存在的缺陷,明确深松机工作幅宽的定义,对深松铲铲间距、深松机工作幅宽提出新的测量方法,并进行试验验证。经验证,新的测量方法可操作性强,排除了非等间距深松铲、曲面型深松铲方向等因素对工作幅宽的影响,能够科学、准确地反映深松机的实际工作幅宽。Work width is an important parameter affecting the structure characteristics,product performance and work area of subsoiler.Based on the study of working principle of subsoiler,this paper analyses the defects of current test methods for work width of subsoiler,defines the definition of work width of subsoiler,puts forward a new measurement method for spacing of deep-shovel and work width of subsoiler,and carries out experimental verification.It has been proved that the new measuring method is highly operable,and can reflect the actual working width of subsoiler scientifically and accurately without the influence of unequal spacing of deep-shovel and the direction of curved surface deep-shovel.
