摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究了牧草间作与干旱胁迫交互作用对油橄榄根系生理的影响,设置4种土壤含水量(18%、15%、12%和9%),以18%土壤含水量为对照,在各水分条件下栽种油橄榄幼苗的盆内分别进行3种间作牧草的处理,即间作苜蓿、间作红三叶、同时间作苜蓿和红三叶,以不间作为对照。对油橄榄根系在不同牧草间作与干旱胁迫条件下的多个生理指标进行测定及相关性分析,并采用隶属函数法进行不同牧草间作的抗旱性比较。结果表明:(1)随着土壤含水量的减少,油橄榄根系活力、根系含水量呈显著降低趋势,间作牧草后其降低幅度减小;(2)随着干旱加剧,油橄榄根系相对电导率、丙二醛含量逐步升高,油橄榄根系受到氧化胁迫,而间作红三叶和间作苜蓿均显著抑制了相对电导率和丙二醛的升高;(3)间作牧草后,除超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增加不显著,油橄榄根系脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性比对照显著增加;(4)隶属函数法分析结果表明,间作牧草能明显增强盆栽油橄榄幼苗根系的抗旱性,且以间作红三叶效果较好。Pot-culture experiment was conducted to study the interactive effects of intercropping pasture and drought stress on root physiology of olive.Four kinds of soil moisture content(18%,15%,12%and 9%)were set up,and 18%soil water content was used as control.Under different water conditions,three intercropping treatments were set up within the pots of olive seedlings:intercropping alfalfa,intercropping red clover,intercropping alfalfa and red clover,with no intercropping as the control.The physiological indices of olive root system under different intercropping and drought stress conditions were measured,and the correlation was analyzed.The drought resistance of different intercropping methods was compared by using the subordinate function analysis.The results showed that with the decrease of soil water content,the root activity and relative water content of olive root decreased significantly,and the reduction rate was slowed down by intercropping pasture.As the stress of drought was intensified,the olive root relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content(MDA)gradually increased,the olive root was subjected to oxidative stress caused by drought,while intercropping red clover and intercropping alfalfa significantly inhibited relative conductivity and MDA content.The proline content,soluble sugar content,the peroxidase(POD)activity and catalase(CAT)activity of olive root increased significantly by intercropping pasture,while the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was not significantly increase.The results of subordinate function analysis showed that intercropping pasture could significantly enhance the drought resistance of potted olive seedling,and the effect of intercropping red clover was better.
