摘　　要：目的对比阴道炎五联检测和常规镜检对阴道炎病原体诊断与白带清洁度检测的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月于本院行阴道分泌物检查的486例患者为研究对象,分别对患者的阴道分泌物标本进行阴道炎五联检测、常规镜检和病原体培养检测。以病原体培养检测为金标准,比较阴道炎五联检测和常规镜检对细菌性阴道炎、真菌性阴道炎和滴虫性阴道炎的诊断结果及对白带清洁度检测结果。结果阴道炎五联检测对细菌性阴道炎的检出率和诊断准确率分别为19.34%和96.5%,均明显高于常规镜检的14.20%和90.53%(P<0.05);阴道炎五联检测和常规镜检对真菌性阴道炎和滴虫性阴道炎的检出率、诊断准确率相比差异均无统计学意义。阴道炎五联检测和常规镜检对白带清洁度的检测结果比较差异无统计学意义。结论与常规镜检相比,阴道炎五联检测可以提高细菌性阴道炎的检出率和诊断准确率。Objective To compare the effect of five-fold vaginal examination and routine microscopic examination in the diagnosis of vaginitis pathogens and the detection of leucorrhea cleanliness. Methods 486 patients who underwent vaginal discharge examination in our hospital were selected as the study subjects from October 2017 to October 2018. The patients’ vaginal discharge specimens were tested for Vaginitis, routine microscopic examination and pathogen culture respectively. The pathogen culture and detection was to be gold standard. The results of bacterial vaginosis, fungal vaginosis and vaginal trichomoniasis were compared with those of routine microscopic examination, and the results of leucorrhea cleanliness were compared. Results The detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of bacterial vaginosis were 19.34% and 96.5% respectively, which were significantly higher than that of routine examination(14.20% and 90.53%, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy between the vaginal pentameter test and routine microscopic examination in the diagnosis of Fungal vaginitis and trichomoniasis.There was no significant difference between the results of the five-fold vaginal examination and routine microscopic examination. Conclusion Compared with routine microscopic examination, the five-fold vaginal examination can improve the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of bacterial vaginitis.
