丙种球蛋白治疗免疫性血小板减少症合并血小板无效输注的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察丙种球蛋白运用于免疫性血小板减少症并存血小板无效输注患者治疗中的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年2月至2018年11月收治的70例免疫性血小板减少症并存血小板无效输注患者作为研究对象,按照数字奇偶法分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组采用常规药物治疗加丙种球蛋白治疗;比较两组治疗总有效率、血小板无效输注治疗总有效率,且评比两组输注前、输注后24 h血小板数目检测值。结果治疗组免疫性血小板减少症治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血小板无效输注治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组输注后24 h血小板数目检测值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对免疫性血小板减少症并存血小板无效输注患者实行丙种球蛋白治疗的临床效果较优。Objective To observe the clinical effect of gamma globulin in the treatment of patients with immune thrombocytopenia complicated with platelet infusion. Methods 70 patients with immunological thrombocytopenia and platelet-ineffective infusion were enrolled in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2018. According to the digital parity method, the patients were divided into control group and treatment group,with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional medicine, while the treatment group was treated with conventional medicine and immunoglobulin, the effective total rate of treatment and the effective total rate of platelet-ineffective infusion therapy were compared between the two groups, and the two groups were compared before and after the infusion. Results The effective rate of treatment for immune thrombocytopenia in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, indicating that the data index was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of effective platelet infusion therapy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The index was statistically significant(P<0.05). The detection value of platelet count in the treatment group at 24 hours after infusion was higher than in the control group, indicating that the data index was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of gamma globulin therapy in patients with immune thrombocytopenia complicated with platelet infusion is better.
