摘  要:锦屏一级水电站坝高305 m,是已建的世界第一高拱坝,对坝基变形、渗透与抗滑稳定控制要求极高。由于坝基岩体中广泛分布断层破碎带、层间挤压错动带及物理力学性状极低的侵入岩体,采用灌浆方式是对基础进行处理的有效方法。虽然水泥灌浆技术在国内的发展已经比较成熟,但因普通水泥颗粒粒径大,极小的孔隙或裂隙一般不能被充填,而化学浆液可注性好,浆液黏度低,能注入到细微裂隙中,因此,在水电工程基础断层处理中,水泥-化学复合灌浆技术得到了广泛的应用。阐述了基于锦屏一级水电站地基处理中断层裂隙的发育程度和地质情况实施的水泥-化学复合灌浆施工工艺,对灌浆效果进行了分析。采用复合灌浆后,断层带裂隙充填明显,物理力学性能满足设计要求。The dam height of Jinping I Hydropower Station is 305m,which is the highest arch dam in the world.It has a high requirement for the deformation,seepage and anti sliding stability control of the dam foundation.Because fault fracture zone,interlayer extrusion dislocation zone and intrusive rock mass with very low physical and mechanical properties are widely distributed in dam foundation rock mass,grouting is an effective method for foundation treatment.Although the development of cement grouting technology in China has been relatively mature,due to the large particle size of ordinary cement,the tiny pores or fissures cannot be filled generally,and the chemical slurry has good injectability and low viscosity,which can be injected into the tiny fissures.Therefore,the cement-chemical composite grouting technology has been widely used in the treatment of foundation faults in hydropower engineering.Based on the development degree of the fault fracture and the geological conditions in the foundation treatment of Jinping I Hydropower Station,the cement-chemical composite grouting construction technology is introduced,and the grouting effect is analyzed.By adopting composite grouting,the fracture filling in the fault is obvious,and the physical and mechanical properties meet the design requirements.
