摘 要:目的探讨经皮椎间盘激光化气联合臭氧消融术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取该院2016年3月至2018年3月行经皮椎间盘激光气化减压联合臭氧消融术的神经根型颈椎病患者58例作为试验组,进行疗效分析,评估术后24 h、1个月、12个月的随访疗效。另选取2013年3月至2016年2月单纯行经皮椎间盘激光气化术的神经根型颈椎病患者58例作为对照组,比较2组的疗效。结果所有手术均顺利完成,术后12个月试验组有效率为96.6%(56/58),高于对照组的90.0%(52/58),试验组优良率为84.5%(49/58),高于对照组的67.2%(39/58),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间盘激光气化联合臭氧消融术治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切,安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous disc laser gasification combined with ozone ablation for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Twenty-eight patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who underwent percutaneous disc laser vaporization decompression combined with ozone ablation during March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the experimental group.The efficacy analysis was performed on patients,and the follow-up efficacy was evaluated at 24 hours,1 month,and 12 months after surgery.Another 58 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who underwent percutaneous disc laser vaporization from March 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the control group.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results All operations were successfully completed.The effective rate at 12 months after operation in the experimental group was 96.6%(56/58),which was higher than the 90.0%(52/58)in the control group.The excellent and good rate of 12 months after operation in the experimental group was 84.5%(49/58),which was higher than the 67.2%(38/58)in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous disc laser vaporization combined with ozone ablation is effective,safe and effective in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
