摘 要:目的研究口腔综合临床教学模式与传统临床教学模式实习效果。方法选择石河子大学医学院口腔医学系学生作为本次研究对象,并采用“电脑随机法”将85名石河子大学医学院口腔医学系学生进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施综合临床教学模式;对照组、实施传统临床教学模式,分析两组实习效果。结果观察组石河子大学医学院口腔医学系学生实践技能(93.24±2.45)分、理论考核(95.66±2.92)分均高于对照组,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组石河子大学医学院口腔医学系学生教学满意度较对照组指标更有优势(P<0.05)。结论口腔综合临床教学模式对提高实习效果具有重要意义,能够使其临床专业技能得以提升。Objective To study the practice effect of oral comprehensive clinical teaching mode and traditional clinical teaching mode.Methods Eighty-five students of Stomatology Department of Shihezi University Medical College were divided into two groups by"computer random method",including observation group and comprehensive clinical teaching mode,control group and traditional clinical teaching mode,and the effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The scores of practical skills(93.24±2.45)points and theoretical assessment(95.66±2.92)points of students in Stomatology Department of Medical College of Shihezi University in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups.The teaching satisfaction of students in Stomatology Department of Medical College of Shihezi University in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive clinical teaching mode of Stomatology is of great significance to improve the effect of clinical practice,and can improve its clinical professional skills.
