摘　　要：通过对我院医技科室党员基本情况(年龄、学历、职称、性别、民族)与学习(包括党的理论学习及临床专业知识学习)情况进行客观、全面的随机问卷调查,对所有问题答案列表统计所占百分比;深入分析公立医院医技科室党员学习情况;探讨公立医院医技科室党员学习与临床工作之间存在的矛盾冲突与现实差距。为落实立德树人根本任务找差距。为加强公立医院医技科室学习型党组织建设、党员队伍建设提出解决对策。Through objective and comprehensive random questionnaire survey on the basic information(age,education background,professional title,gender and nationality)and study(including theoretical study and clinical professional knowledge study of the party)of party members in the medical technology department of our hospital,the percentage of the answers to all questions was counted.In-depth analysis of the study of party members in the medical technology department of public hospitals;To explore the conflict and gap between the study and clinical work of party members in the medical technology department of public hospitals.In order to implement the basic task of li DE shuren gap.In order to strengthen the construction of learning party organization and the construction of party members in the medical technology department of public hospitals,countermeasures are put forward.
