摘　　要：当今医学高校研究生在新的媒体环境中逐渐成长,新媒体是他们认识社会的重要手段。媒介素养显得尤为重要。为更好发挥新媒体的便利性、智能性,提升研究生的媒介素养成为目前的重要议题。在医学院校,媒介素养是校园文化素养和医德教育的重要组成部分。我们以军医大学研究生的实况调查报告为基石,了解医学研究生的媒介素养现状,我们发现研究生在媒介认知方面较为薄弱,很多研究生的媒介使用主要是为满足休闲娱乐需要,真正用到专业知识学习需要比例略低。且新媒体负面形象对研究生的消极影响较重,频繁接触新媒体,但缺乏伦理道德诉求及法律规范。还有,研究生对媒介素养教育有着更高的期待,希望通过更加轻松自由的形式认识并接受媒介素养教育。因此我们探讨研究生网络媒介素养教育的理论变化和真实世界的诉求,并提出教育对策,以促进高素质医学人才的培养。Medical college graduate students have grown up in the new media environment.New media is an important channel for graduate students to understand the society.When faced with a large amount of information,media literacy is particularly important.In order to better utilize the intelligence and convenience of New media,improving the information media literacy of graduate students has become an urgent issue to be discussed..In medical colleges,media literacy is an important part of campus culture literacy and medical ethics education.Based on the report of graduate students of military medical universities,we understand the status of media literacy of graduate students.We find that graduate students are weak in media cognition.The media use of many graduate students is mainly to meet the needs of leisure and entertainment,and truly use professional knowledge to learn.The required ratio is slightly lower.Moreover,the negative image of new media has a negative impact on graduate students,they frequent contact with new media,but lack of ethical appeals and legal norms.There are also graduate students who have higher expectations for media literacy education and hope to receive media literacy education in an easy way.In the end,we explore the theoretical evolution and realistic appeal of medical students'internet literacy education,and propose educational countermeasures to promote the cultivation of highquality medical talents.
