摘　　要：目的分析粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服对不同程度过敏性鼻炎的疗效及安全性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2017年11月—2018年4月在本院医治的鼻炎患者200例,按病情分成轻度、重度组,各100例,两组均进行粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服。1年后,比较两组病患治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗后,两组患者症状、用药及体征评分均下降,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组的症状、用药及体征评分组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度组不良事件发生率(27%)显著低于重度组(40%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效更好,安全性更高。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of dust mite drops in sublingual administration for different degrees of allergic rhinitis,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 200 patients with rhinitis treated in our hospital from November 2017 to April 2018 were divided into mild group and severe group,100 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops under the tongue.One year later,the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,two groups of patients with symptoms,medication and signs scores decreased,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups of symptoms,medication and symptoms score were significantly different,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of mild adverse events(27%)was significantly lower than that in severe group(40%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion dermatophagoides farinae drops sublingual treatment of allergic rhinitis is better,higher security.
