麦味地黄丸加减为主治疗矽肺肺肾阴亏型的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析麦味地黄丸加减为主治疗矽肺肺肾阴亏型的临床疗效。方法选择30例矽肺肺肾阴亏型患者作为对象,采用随机数表法按照1:1比例将其分成两组,设为对照组和研究组,各组占15例。对照组,常规西医治疗,研究组,在常规治疗的同时给予麦味地黄丸加减治疗,对比观察临床疗效,并统计不良反应。结果第一,研究组总有效率为93.3%(14/15),对照组为60.0%(9/15),组间比较,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.658,P=0.031);第二,统计发现,研究组1例出现不良反应,对照组2例出现不良反应,比较发生率,组间差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.420,P=0.119)。结论麦味地黄丸加减为主治疗矽肺肺肾阴亏型,疗效显著,而且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Maiwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of silicosis with kidney-yin deficiency.Methods Thirty patients with silicosis of kidney yin deficiency type were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.They were divided into control group and research group with 15 cases in each group.Control group,routine western medicine treatment,research group,in addition to routine treatment,Maiwei Dihuang pill treatment,comparative observation of clinical efficacy,and statistics of adverse reactions.Results First,the total effective rate was 93.3%(14/15)in the study group and 60.0%(9/15)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=4.658,P=0.031).Second,statistics showed that 1 case had adverse reactions in the study group and 2 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence between the two groups(χ^2=2.420,P=0.119).Conclusion Maiwei Dihuang pill is effective in the treatment of silicosis with kidney yin deficiency.It has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
