护理安全在眼科护理管理中的应用效果和价值

摘　　要：目的探评价探究探讨护理安全在眼科护理管理中的应用效果和价值。方法抽取来我院眼科接受治疗的患者122例进行研究观察,按照护理管理模式的不同的分为两组,即为观察组61例接受常规护理管理模式,对照组61例接受护理安全管理模式,对比两组护理中不安全事故的发生率以及患者对护理服务的满意评分。结果观察组患者中出现不安全护理事件的发生率显著较低于对照组,观察组患者对护理服务态度、护理工作质量以及护理安全措施的满意评分显著较高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在眼科护理管理中实施有效的护理安全措施对降低临床护理不良事件的发生具有显著作用,还能获得患者较高的满意评分。Objective To evaluate the application effect and value of nursing safety in ophthalmic nursing management.Methods 122 patients who were treated in ophthalmology department of our hospital were selected for study and observation.According to the different nursing management modes,they were divided into two groups:61 patients in the observation group received routine nursing management mode,and 61 patients in the control group received nursing safety management mode.The incidence of unsafe accidents in the two groups and the satisfaction score of patients with nursing service were compared.Results The incidence of unsafe nursing incidents in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The satisfaction scores of the observation group on nursing service attitude,quality of nursing work and nursing safety measures were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing effective nursing safety measures in ophthalmic nursing management can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse events in clinical nursing,and can also obtain higher satisfaction score of patients,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
