摘  要:目的探究椎—基底动脉供血不足(VBI)眩晕中“321”健康教育模式的实际应用效果。方法将本院2016年12月—2018年12月收治的96例椎—基底动脉供血不足(VBI)眩晕患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分两组,对照组实施常规健康教育,研究组实施“321”健康教育,对比两组患者对健康教育的满意情况以及护理前后眩晕情况、日常生活能力。结果研究组患者对健康教育的满意度明显高于对照组,且护理后DHI、ADL评分均优于对照组,各项组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎—基底动脉供血不足(VBI)眩晕患者护理中实施“321”健康教育能够有效提升健康教育质量。Objective To explore the practical application effect of"321"health education model in vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency(VBI).Methods From December 2016 to December 201896 cases of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency(VBI)vertigo patients as the research object,according to admission order is divided into two groups,control group routine health education implementation,the team to implement"321"health education,compared two groups of patients satisfaction of health education and nursing before and after the dizziness,daily life ability.Results Patients in the study group were significantly more satisfied with health education than those in the control group,and their DHI and ADL scores after nursing were better than those in the control group.The differences between the groups were significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 321 health education in the nursing of vertigo patients with vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency(VBI)can effectively improve the quality of health education.
