摘　　要：目的探讨骨髓涂片和骨髓活检同步检测对骨髓转移瘤的诊断价值。方法100例疑似骨髓转移瘤患者同步行骨髓涂片及骨髓活检检查,查看已浸润的骨髓转移瘤细胞的阳性检出率。结果全部患者中,骨髓涂片查见癌细胞78例(临床诊断符合率为78.0%),骨髓活检查见癌细胞92例(临床诊断符合率为92.0%),骨髓活检阳性检出率显著高于骨髓涂片(P<0.05)。结论骨髓涂片与骨髓活检均对骨髓转移瘤有较高敏感性,但骨髓活检阳性检出率更高。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of simultaneous detection of bone marrow smear and bone marrow biopsy for bone marrow metastatic tumor.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected bone marrow metastasis tumor were examined by bone marrow smear and bone marrow biopsy to observe the positive detection rate of infiltrating bone marrow metastasis tumor cells.Results In all patients,78 cases of tumor cells were detected by bone marrow smear(the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis is 78.0%),92 cases of tumor cells were detected by bone marrow biopsy(the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis is 92.0%),and the positive detection rate of bone marrow biopsy was significantly higher than that of bone marrow smear(P<0.05).Conclusion Both bone marrow smear and bone marrow biopsy are highly sensitive to bone marrow metastatic tumor,but the positive rate of bone marrow biopsy is higher.
