克林霉素注射剂临床应用的合理性评价

摘　　要：目的对临床中应用克林霉素注射剂患者展开研究,评价用药的合理性,进而提出安全用药的对策。方法研究患者共计76例,均来自于我院并实施克林霉素注射剂治疗,收录时间在2016年12月13日—2018年4月13日,以患者的病历档案、使用药物说明等对患者的用药合理性、安全性进行评价。结果用药合理19例(25.00%);基本合理33例(43.42%);不合理24例(31.58%)。消化系统反应16例(21.05%)、发热4例(5.26%)、霉菌感染8例(10.53%)、口唇麻木3例(3.95%)。结论存在于临床中克林霉素注射剂使用不合理的情况屡见不鲜,需要对此加强管理,才能在提升患者治疗效果的同时,促进医疗机构的发展。Objective To study the clinical application of clindamycin injection,evaluate the rationality of drug use,and then put forward the Countermeasures of safe drug use.Methods A total of 76 patients,all from our hospital,were treated with clindamycin injection.The data were collected from 13th December 2016 to 13th April 2018.The rationality and safety of drug use were evaluated by patient's medical records and instructions.Results There were 19 cases(25.00%)with reasonable medication.33 cases(43.42%)were basically reasonable.There were 24 unreasonable cases(31.58%).There were 16 cases(21.05%)of digestive system reaction,4 cases(5.26%)of fever,8 cases(10.53%)of fungal infection and 3 cases(3.95%)of lip numbness.Conclusion The unreasonable use of clindamycin injection is common in clinic.It is necessary to strengthen the management of clindamycin injection in order to improve the therapeutic effect of patients and promote the development of medical institutions.
