摘　　要：目的分析子宫肌瘤患者应用桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助治疗对血清性激素水平、自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性的影响。方法选取85例子宫肌瘤患者经简单随机化方式分为西医组(42例,米非司酮治疗)、综合组(43例,西医组+桂枝茯苓胶囊)。比较用药前后两组血清性激素水平、NK细胞活性,治疗效果。结果用药前两组促黄体素(LH)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后均显著降低(P<0.05),综合组显著低于西医组(P<0.05);用药前两组NK细胞活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后均显著升高(P<0.05),综合组高于西医组(P<0.05);综合组治疗总有效率高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者应用桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助治疗可降低血清性激素水平,增强NK细胞活性,提升治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule on serum sex hormone level and natural killer cell(NK)activity in patients with uterine leiomyoma.Methods 85 patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomized into western medicine group(42 cases,treated with mifepristone)and comprehensive group(43 cases,western medicine group+Guizhi Fuling capsule).The serum sex hormone level,NK cell activity and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NK activity between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule can reduce the level of serum sex hormones,enhance NK cell activity and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with uterine leiomyoma.
