摘　　要：目的探究基于回馈教学法的延续性护理在幼年强直性脊柱炎患者中的效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月收治的给予常规延续性护理的幼儿强直性脊柱炎患者57例作为对照组,另选取2017年3月—2018年3月收治的给予基于回馈教学法的延续性护理的幼儿强直性脊柱炎患者57例作为观察组,对比两组护理前后的锻炼依从性、强直性脊柱炎功能状态及生活质量变化。结果观察组护理3个月后锻炼依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理3个月后各项强直性脊柱炎功能状态评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理3个月后各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于回馈教学法的延续性护理应用于强直性脊柱炎患儿中可显著提高锻炼依从性与生活质量,改善其强直性脊柱炎功能状态,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on feedback teaching method in children with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods A total of 57 children with ankylosing spondylitis who received routine continuous care from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the control group.The feedback therapy method was also selected from March 2017 to March 2018.57 children with ankylosing spondylitis who underwent continuous care were used as observation group.The exercise compliance,ankylosing spondylitis functional status and quality of life were compared before and after treatment.Results After 3 months of nursing,the exercise compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the ankylosing spondylitis functional status were better than the control group after 3 months of observation.Statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the observation group after 3 months of treatment were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on feedback teaching method can significantly improve exercise compliance and quality of life and improve the functional status of ankylosing spondylitis in children with ankylosing spondylitis.
