摘 要:采用电沉积法在TA1钛片上制备了PbO2电极,研究了电沉积液中乙酸铅质量浓度对其性能的影响。通过扫描电镜观察了电极的表面形貌,用循环伏安曲线和极化曲线考察了它的电化学性能,并测试了它的强化寿命和电氧化降解苯酚的效果。结果表明,随着乙酸铅质量浓度升高,PbO2晶粒变小,电极愈发致密,催化活性面积增大,析氧和析氯电位降低。对苯酚废水降解效果最好的是在乙酸铅质量浓度为40 g/L时制备的电极,COD去除率高达90.9%。在乙酸铅质量浓度为100 g/L时制备的电极最稳定,强化寿命长达108 h。PbO2 electrode was prepared with TA1 titanium as the substrate by electrodeposition.The effect of mass concentration of lead acetate on its properties was studied.Its surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy,its electrochemical properties were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and polarization curve measurement,as well as its accelerated lifetime and electrooxidative phenol degradation efficacy were tested.The results showed that the increase in mass concentration of lead acetate refined the PbO2 crystals,compacted the electrode structure,increased the catalytic activity area,and reduced both oxygen evolution and chlorine evolution potentials.The electrode prepared with 40 g/L lead acetate had the best degradation efficacy for phenol-containing wastewater,shown as the COD removal efficiency of 90.9%.The electrode prepared with 100 g/L lead acetate had has a service life as long as 108 hours,showing the highest stability.
