摘 要:目的利用唾液皮质醇(SC)和α淀粉酶(SAA)含量变化探讨特定威胁和不确定性在跳伞应激不同阶段的影响,并基于16PF探讨易感人格基础。方法54名伞兵分成2组,A组为特定威胁组,天气状况达标确定跳伞,B组为不确定性组,根据天气调整取消跳伞计划。跟踪监测跳伞前1日15∶00、21∶00、当日6∶30、7∶00、待命10∶00、着陆13∶00及返回16∶00共7个阶段唾液SC和SAA指标变化,另对A组27名伞兵进行16PF检测。结果唾液SC在各个阶段A和B组没有统计学差异且日间变化规律一致。唾液SAA在睡前A组高于B组,跳伞着陆时A组低于B组,其他阶段没有统计学差异且日间变化规律一致,但其改变了正常的SAA分泌规律,为正常昼夜节律与应激叠加的结果。唾液综合指标在A和B组间均没有达到统计学差异。16PF与A组唾液指标的相关分析提示乐群性与SC和SAA的整体激素水平成正相关,独立性与SC激素敏感性成正相关,自律性与SAA/SC成负相关。结论SC和SAA含量变化可作为跳伞应激监控的常规指标,不确定性在急性应激中具有不可忽视的作用。16PF作为个体差异的敏感指标可以部分预测跳伞应激生理指标的变化。Objective To explore the influence of specific threat and uncertainty in different stages of parachuting stress through changes in salivary cortisol(SC)and salivary alpha amylase(SAA)levels and to explore the basis of susceptible personality based on 16 PF.Methods Fifty-four paratroopers were recruited and divided into the specific threat group(Group A)and the uncertainty group(Group B).For group A,the weather conditions reached the standard and the parachuting was confirmed;For group B,the parachuting plan was cancelled according to the weather.The changes of SC and SAA indexes in 7 stages were tracked and monitored at 15∶00,21∶00 the day before parachuting,6∶30 when woke up,7∶00,10∶00 when at the airport,13∶00 as soon as landed and 16∶00 when returned.In addition,the 16 PF test was carried out for 27 paratroopers in group A.Results There was no statistical difference in SC between group A and group B at different stages and the diurnal variation was consistent.SAA was higher in group A than in group B at bedtime,and lower in group A than in group B at landing.There was no statistical difference in other stages and the diurnal variation rule was consistent,but the normal SAA secretion changed due to the superposition of normal circadian rhythm and stress.The comprehensive indexes of saliva did not reach statistical difference between groups A and B.The correlation analysis between 16 PF and the salivary indexes of group A indicated that gregariousness was positively correlated with the overall hormone level of SC and SAA.Independence was positively correlated with the sensitivity of SC.Self-discipline was negatively correlated with SAA/SC.Conclusion SC and SAA can be used as routine indicators of parachuting stress monitoring.Uncertainty plays an important role in acute stress.16 PF,as a sensitive indicator of individual differences,can partially predict the changes of physiological indicators of parachuting stress.
