摘 要:目的探讨目标动脉血氧饱和度下短期低氧训练对自主神经调节的影响。方法对15名受试者分别进行10min低氧训练,目标动脉血氧饱和度(SpO2%)为85%±3%,实验过程中采集受试者心率变异性(HRV)指数,分析比较包括前测阶段、训练阶段、恢复阶段和后测阶段HRV变化情况。结果低氧训练造成受试者心率明显上升(P=0.013),高频占比(HF%)明显下降(P=0.006),平均R-R间期时长明显下降(P=0.016),恢复期间范围时长(最大R-R期间-最小R-R期间)较训练期间明显上升(P=0.029)。低氧训练对NN间期标准差(SDNN)有明显影响(P=0.035),但各阶段之间无明显差异。LF%、LF/HF、TP、最小R-R间期、pNN50%、rMSSD等指标未观察到明显变化。结论85%目标SpO_2%低氧训练能有效刺激个体自主神经调节,表现为迷走神经兴奋程度的减弱。Objective To investigate the effects of a short-term hypoxic training with targeted arterial oxygen saturation on autonomic regulation.Methods Fifteen subjects assigned to a 10 min of hypoxic training with targeted arterial oxygen saturation(SpO2%)of 85%±3%.The heart rate variability(HRV)indices of the subjects were analyzed and compared pre-hypoxia,training,recovery,and posthypoxia phases.Results Hypoxic training resulted in a significant increase in heart rate(P=0.013),a significant decrease in high frequency(HF%,P=0.006)and a significant decrease in the average R-R interval(P=0.016).The difference between the maximum R-R interval and the minimum R-R interval(range)in recovery period was significantly higher than that in training phase(P=0.029),and hypoxic training had a significant effect on the standard deviation of NN intervals(SDNN,P=0.035),but there was no significant difference among all phases.While the changes of the variability of the remaining parameters like the LF%,LF/HF,TP,Minimum R-R interval,pNN50%,rMSSD were not detected significantly changes.Conclusion The target SpO2%of 85%effectively stimulates the autonomic regulation of individuals,which is reflected in the weakening of the vagus nerve.
