摘　　要：社会工作产生于什么样的历史背景和现实环境?如何分析社会工作产生的社会地点?如何解释社会问题?如何定位社会工作的社会功能?澄清这些基础性问题,是社会工作基础理论(尤其是古典社会工作理论)的任务。本文重点解析的简•亚当斯的理论思想标志着社会工作基础理论的形成与开端,她的结构性社会工作观点倡导在环境中解释和应对社会问题,即,改变个体和家庭的困境,必须改变其所处的社会环境和生活条件,从社会立法和政策层面入手,对于当前中国大陆构建社会工作基础理论有较大的借鉴意义。In what kind of historical background and social environment did social work come into being? How to analyze the social location, where social work comes into being? How to explain social problems? How to locate the social function of social work?Clarifying these basic issues is the task of the basic theory of social work(especially the classical theory of social work). The theory of Jane Addams, which is mainly analyzed in this paper, marks the formation and beginning of the basic theory of social work. Her structural social work perspective advocates ?interpreting and coping with social problems in the environment" : To change the plight of individuals and families,we must change their social environment and living conditions, starting from the level of social legislation and policy. At last, this paper puts forward the realistic significance of constructing the basic theory of social work in China's Mainland.
