连朴饮临床应用概述

摘　　要：连朴饮为温病苦泄法的代表方,黄连、厚朴相配,能通能泄,既可宣降湿热,又可通降胃腑,恢复中州升降之机,共为君药。豆豉与栀子相配,可增强苦寒泄热燥湿作用,共为臣药;石菖蒲、半夏、芦根共为佐使之用。以苦寒降泄之品配伍辛开微温等药辛温散湿、苦寒降热,起到清热化湿,理气和中之效。将苦泄法与其他治法相结合,体现了"分解湿热""宣上、畅中、渗下"等湿热病治疗思想,给邪以出路,使气机畅达,湿去热清。连朴饮虽由王孟英为治疗霍乱而设,而霍乱当今已不多见,但该方组方独特,已不再仅仅局限于治疗慢性胃炎等消化系统疾病,凡是具有湿热阻滞中焦且见湿热症状并重表现的疾病均可用连朴饮加减治疗。Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Beverage is the representative prescription of "bitter-relieving method" for warm diseases.Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis) and Houpu(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis) are matched,which can not only release the dampness and heat,but also dredge the stomach,and recover the rising and falling movement of middle energizer.Both belong to monarch medicine.Fermented soya beansand Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis) are matched,can enhance the function of drying dampness and purging heat with bitter and cold properties.Both belong to minister medicine.Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae) and Lugen(Rhizoma Phragmitis) belong to assistant medicine.The combination of the products with bitter and cold properties for purging heat and the ones with pungent and warm properties for removing dampness has the effect of clearing heat and dampness,regulating qi and harmonizing the stomach.The combination of bitter-relieving method with other treatment methods embodies the thought of treating damp-heat disease,such as "decomposing dampness and heat", "dispersing up,smoothing middle and purging down",which can give way to pathogenic factors,make the qi flow freely and remove the damp heat clearly.Although Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Beverage was set up by Wang Meng-ying for the treatment of cholera,and cholera is rare now,but the formula is unique,and it is no longer limited to the treatment of chronic gastritis and other digestive system diseases.All diseases with damp heat blocking the middle energizer and symptoms of damp heat can be treated with Modified Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Beverage.
