葛根芩连汤加味治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效及对患儿心肌酶谱的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根芩连汤加味治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效及对患儿心肌酶谱的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年12月本院收治的小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿90例,按照随机对照原则分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用葛根芩连汤加味治疗。结果:观察组有效率95.56%,对照组有效率80.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后呕吐消失时间、退热时间、腹泻停止时间、脱水消失时间、排便好转时间、病毒转阴时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率6.67%,观察组不良反应发生率8.89%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:葛根芩连汤治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效高于单纯西药治疗,可在短时间内改善患儿临床症状和心肌酶谱,安全性良好。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Decoction of Radix Puerariae and Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis on rotavirus enteritis in children and its influence on myocardial zymogram.Methods:A total of 90 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random control,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western routine symptomatic medicine,and the observation group was treated with Supplemented Decoction of Radix Puerariae and Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,and that of the control group was 80.00%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of vomiting disappearance,fever abatement,diarrhea stop,dehydration disappearance,defecation improvement and virus turning negative in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum aspartate aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzyme in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the control group and 8.89% in the observation group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Decoction of Radix Puerariae and Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis on rotavirus enteritis in children is higher than that of Western medicine alone.It can improve the clinical symptoms and myocardial enzyme spectrum of children in a short period of time with good safety.
