摘　　要：史纪教授认为过敏性鼻炎属本虚标实,本虚以肺、脾、肾气虚为主,与肝、心等功能失常皆有关联。史教授重视调理体质,提出同病异质,同病异治。史教授在诊断过敏性鼻炎患儿时,重视鼻腔内部的望诊,通过对鼻腔的望诊,有利于判断脏腑寒热虚实,有利于辨证论治。史教授认为该病慢性期反复发作调理脾胃才是关键,对于已经发展为变应性哮喘的过敏性鼻炎患儿急性发作,衷中参西。同时,史教授认为患儿为纯阳之体,补益脾胃切忌壅补,用药切忌大辛大热或大苦大寒,辨腑气通与不通也应作为辨证要点。Professor Shi Ji thinks that allergic rhinitis is due to primary excess and secondary deficiency.The deficiency is mainly due to the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney qi,which is related to the dysfunction of liver and heart.Professor Shi attaches great importance to regulating body constitution and puts forward different treatment for the same disease.When diagnosing allergic rhinitis as a child,Professor Shi pays attention to the inspection of nasal cavity.Through the inspection of the nasal cavity,it is helpful to judge the deficiency and excess and cold and heat in the zang and fu organs,and it is also helpful to the treatment of syndrome differentiation.Professor Shi thinks that it is the key to regulate the spleen and stomach in the chronic phase of the disease.For the children with allergic rhinitis who have developed into allergic asthma,we should make good use of both Chinese and Western medicine.At the same time,Professor Shi thinks that the children are pure yang body,the spleen and stomach should not be blindly nourished,the medication should avoid medicinals with extreme pungent and heat or bitter and cold,and the differentiation of fu qi should also be taken as the key points of syndrome differentiation.
