中药调节高血压大鼠模型血压的实验研究述评

摘　　要：根据高血压的病因病机,以辨证论治为治疗原则,单味中药通过改善血管内皮功能和抑制血管重构、改善胰岛素抵抗、利尿降血压、调节肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、调节中枢交感神经、阻滞钙离子通道、调节免疫功能等方面起到降血压作用。中药复方制剂相对于单味中药,降血压机制复杂,可通过多种方式协同发挥降血压作用。综合近年来相关实验研究文献,发现一些亟待解决的问题:①观察指标相对单一,研究范围较为局限,需发挥中医药多途径、多环节、多靶点的特点,采用以代谢组学为代表的系统生物学的方法和手段,研究中药及其制剂的血压调节机制。②中药治疗高血压疗程较长,部分复方制剂药物多,不易携带,导致患者出现依从性差,不能坚持长时间服药等,所以在精简药物方面很有必要,如深入筛选药物的有效成分和部位,精化中药组方,在短时间内发挥更大药效。③需对有些药物提取物或衍生物进行研究,充分发挥中医辨证治疗多角度、多层次等特点,促进中药现代化。According to the etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension,based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,single Chinese medicine can reduce blood pressure by improving vascular endothelial function and inhibiting vascular remodeling,improving insulin resistance,diuresis and lowering blood pressure,regulating renin-angiotension-aldosterone system,regulating central sympathetic channel,blocking calcium channel,regulating immune function,etc.Compared with single Chinese medicine,the mechanism of lowering blood pressure of Chinese herbal compound preparation is complex,and can play the role of lowering blood pressure in many ways.Based on the relevant experimental research literature in recent years,some urgent problems have been found as follows:① The observation indexes are relatively single,and the research scope is relatively limited.It is necessary to give full play to the characteristics of multi-channel,multi link and multi-target of TCM.Methods and means of system biology represented by metabonomics should be used to study the mechanism of blood pressure regulation of Chinese medicine and its preparations.② In terms of treatment of hypertension,the course of treatment with Chinese herbal medicine is long,and some compound preparations are too difficult to carry,which leads to poor compliance of patients,unable to insist on taking medicine for a long time,etc.,so it is necessary to simplify drugs,such as in-depth screening of effective ingredients and parts of drugs,refining Chinese medicine composition to make them play a greater role in a short time.③ It is necessary to study some drug extracts or derivatives,give full play to the multi-angle and multi-level characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and promote the modernization of TCM.
