摘  要:扁桃斑鸠菊Vernonia amygdalina原产非洲热带地区,在当地被广泛用作食物和药物,常用于治疗糖尿病、高血压、发热等多种病症,因其疗效高、安全性好而受到广泛关注。扁桃斑鸠菊具有较强的抗炎和抗氧化作用,通过减轻炎症和氧化应激损伤缓解病症,对多种临床疾病的治疗具有研究和应用价值。本文综述了扁桃斑鸠菊抗炎和抗氧化作用的研究进展,并展望其开发应用前景。Vernonia amygdalina is widely consumed as food and medicine throughout the tropical Africa.It is used in the treatment of various diseases including diabetes,hypertension,fever etc.It was found that V.amygdalina had strong anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative activities,to alleviate the symptoms by inhibiting inflammation and oxidative stress in different diseases.Due to its high efficacy and safety,V.amygdalina has attracted the attention of many researchers.This paper reviews the recent progress about the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of V.amygdalina.In addition,the development and utilization prospect of V.amygdalina were introduced.
