摘　　要：目的:探讨1.5T磁共振颅脑MRA成像在脑血管疾病中的应用价值。方法:随机选择2017年2月-2019年3月至笔者所在医院进行脑血管病治疗的患者60例进行临床研究,所有患者均给予1.5T磁共振颅脑MRA检查。以DSA检查或者手术结果为最终诊断结果,观察MRA对脑血管疾病的诊断准确性,以及不同脑血管疾病的MRA影像学特点。结果:60例脑血管疾病患者经DSA或手术确定诊断脑梗死54例,脑动静脉血管畸形2例,脑动脉瘤4例,MRA诊断的检出率分别为90.74%、100%、75.00%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),60例脑血管疾病发病部位分别在基底节26例,脑叶22例,小脑12例,MRA诊断检出率分别为92.30%、81.82%、91.67%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:1.5T磁共振颅脑MRA成像对于脑血管疾病的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值,对于不同种类和不同部位的脑血管疾病均有很高的检出率。Objective:To explore the application value of 1.5T magnetic resonance brain MRA imaging in cerebrovascular diseases.Method:A total of 60 patients with cerebrovascular disease treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were randomly selected for clinical study.All patients were given 1.5T magnetic resonance brain MRA examination.The final diagnostic results of DSA or operation were used to observe the diagnostic accuracy of MRA for cerebrovascular diseases and the MRA imaging characteristics of different cerebrovascular diseases.Result:Sixty patients with cerebrovascular diseases were diagnosed by DSA or operation in 54 cases of cerebral infarction,2 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformations and 4 cases of cerebral aneurysms.The diagnostic detection of MRA was 90.74%,100%and 75.00%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the diagnostic detection of MRA for three types of cerebrovascular diseases(P>0.05).There were 26 cases of basal ganglia,22 cases of cerebral lobes and 12 cases of cerebellum in 60 cases of cerebrovascular diseases.The diagnosticdetectionof MRA was 92.30%,81.82%and 91.67%respectively.There was no statistical difference in the diagnostic detection of MRA for cerebrovascular diseases in different parts(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.5T magnetic resonance craniocerebral MRA imaging has important clinical value in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases,and has high detection for different types and different parts of cerebrovascular diseases.
