摘　　要：在铁合金企业,随着冶炼时间的延长,矿热炉逐渐进入炉役后期,炉体内部耐火材料长期受高温熔渣侵蚀,导致炉体内衬变薄,严重影响着矿热炉冶炼指标的优化和炉体安全稳定运行,通过采取“内养外护”措施,实施矿热炉护炉冶炼,达到延长矿热炉炉役寿命的目的。In the ferroalloy enterprises with the smelting time extends,the submerged arc furnace gradually enters the late stage of the furnace.The refractory material inside the furnace body is eroded by high temperature slag for a long time,resulting in thinning of the inner lining of the furnace.It seriously affects the optimization of smelting index and the safe and stable operation of the furnace body.Through adopt"internal maintenance and external maintenance"measures,implementing furnace protection smelting to submerged arc furnace,it can achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of submerged arc furnace.
