摘  要:稻壳中含有90%左右的无定形二氧化硅,可用于硅材料的制备。简要介绍了研究人员在稻壳制备高纯硅方面的研究进展。从稻壳中提取高纯硅的主要步骤为:稻壳的燃烧、选择合适的还原剂热还原碳化稻壳以及将还原产物酸洗除杂。研究人员通过改变实验中的反应条件(如温度、反应时间、还原剂的种类、酸洗试剂的种类以及浓度)来使稻壳制备的硅满足太阳能级硅的要求,同时又尽量降低实验中的耗能量和碳排放量,保证经济、环境的友好化发展。Amorphous silica accounts for 90% in rice husks which can be used for the preparation of silicon-based materials.This paper briefly presents the research of researchers on preparing high-purity silicon from rice husks.The main steps of extracting high-purity silicon from rice husk are:burning of rice husk,selecting a suitable reducing agent for thermal reduction of carbonized rice husks and removing impurities.Researchers have attempted to change the experimental reaction conditions(such as temperature,reaction time,type of reducing agent,type of pickling reagent and concentration of reagent)to make silicon prepared from rice husks meet the requirements of solar grade silicon while minimizing the experiment.The energy consumption and carbon emissions decreases to ensure the development of the economy and environment-friendly.
