摘 要:研究时效处理对Fe-20Mri-8Al-l.lC奥氏体轻质合金钢热轧板材与固溶板材微观组织、力学性能的影响。时效处理过程中,奥氏体晶内析出kappa碳化物是材料屈服强度提高、加工硬化率降低的主要原因。相比热轧板材,固溶板材具有更强的加工硬化能力和时效硬化能力。当时效处理温度介于550〜650X:时,奥氏体晶内发生调幅分解反应,生成弥散分布的细小kappa碳化物颗粒,固溶板材表现出良好的时效强化特征。随着时效处理时间的延长,奥氏体晶界附近发生共析反应,共析反应产物向晶内生长。同时,晶内kappa碳化物发生粗化。两者共同作用使材料发生过时效,材料的硬度显著降低。The effect of aging treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolled sheet and solution heat treated sheet of Fe-20Mn-8 A 1-1.1C austenitic light alloy steel was studied.During the aging treatment,the precipitation of kappa carbide in the austenite crystal is the main reason for the increase in the yield strength of the material and the decrease in the work hardening rate.Compared with the hot rolled sheet,the solution heat treated sheet has stronger work hardening ability and age hardening ability.When the aging treatment temperature is between 550 and 650°C,the austenite crystal undergoes amplitude-modulation decomposition reaction to form dispersed fine kappa carbide particles,and the solution heat treated sheet exhibits good aging strengthening characteristics.As the aging treatment time prolongs,a eutectoid reaction occurs near the austenite grain boundary,and the eutectoid reaction product grows into the crystal.At the same time,the intragranular kappa carbide is coarsened.The combination of the two causes the material to be overaged and the hardness of the material is significantly reduced.
