摘　　要：螺旋输送器是双进双出钢球磨煤机中输送原煤的重要部件,螺旋输送器中的螺旋推进器通过四根支撑杆与筒体上的衬板连接,随筒体一起转动。在转动过程中,螺旋叶片将原煤推入筒体。在磨煤机实际运行过程中,经常发生由于螺旋推进器支撑杆断裂造成磨煤机停机的事故。对螺旋推进器的结构及工作原理进行了介绍,对螺旋推进器支撑杆断裂的原因进行了分析,为支撑杆的结构改进提供参考。The screw conveyor is an important part of the double-ended ball mill for raw coal conveying.The screw propeller in the conveyer screw is connected to the liner on the cylinder by four support rods,and rotates together with the cylinder.During the rotation,the helical blades push the raw coal into the cylinder.During the actual operation of the coal grinding mill,accidents in which the coal grinding mill is shut down due to the fracture of the support rods of the screw propeller often occur.The structure and working principle of the screw propeller were introduced.The causes of the fracture of the support rod of the screw propeller were analyzed,which provided a reference for the structure modification of the support rod.
