摘  要:以辣椒品种“赤研21”为试材,通过研究不同果实成熟度对辣椒种子千粒质量、种子萌发、发芽率及发芽势等萌发特性的影响,探求辣椒果实的适宜采收期。结果表明:果实成熟度越高,种子在适宜环境下发芽越早,且发芽集中。成熟度70 d的种子千粒质量和发芽率最高,30 d的最低。授粉50 d和55 d的种子发芽率达到92%以上,可以采收利用,但其发芽势低;60 d的种子发芽率和发芽势分别达到99.0%,是最佳采收期。Using Chiyan 21 pepper variety as the material,effects of fruits with different maturity on 1000-seed weight,germination rate,and germination vigor were investigated in this study to determine the suitable harvesting time for pepper fruits.The results showed that the more fully matured fruits harvested,the earlier germination of the seeds under suitable environment and the higher germination vigor.The 1000-seed weight and germination rate reached up to the highest when the fruits were harvested at 70 days after pollination.When the fruits were harvested 50 or 55 days after pollination,the germination rates were over 92%,but the germination vigor was relatively low.When the fruits were harvested at 60 days after pollination,both the germination rate and germination vigor reached up 99.0%,which was the best harvest time.
