摘　　要：目的总结《医心方》中医肾藏精理论辨治不孕不育病证特色的精彩内容,彰显《医心方》的中医学成就,传承和发扬中医学精华,切实指导临床实践。方法围绕《医心方》对中医肾藏精理论辨治无子、不孕、求子、阴痿、不育病证的病因病机、经典方药进行系统研究。结果研究认为,《医心方》在对中医肾藏精理论辨治不孕不育病证极具特色,《医心方》认识了中医肾藏精的生理功能,细致有效、深入系统的阐述了中医肾藏精功能失调导致不孕不育病证的辨证肾虚为本尤重肾精,治疗精彩纷呈彰显特色,辨证思路明确独到,临床方药及丰富多彩,值得借鉴。结论《医心方》是当时医家对中医肾藏精理论辨治不孕不育病证辨治特色研究的经典垂范,为中医学藏象理论的发展打下了基础,也为当今临床不孕不育病证的治疗开拓了思路,具有重要的指导意义。Objective To summarize the excellent contents of the theory of "kidney Storing Essence" of regarding syndrome differentiation of characteristics of infertility,manifest the achievements of Chinese medicine in ,inherit and develop the best of Chinese medicine,and guide the clinical practice.Methods Perform systematic researches regarding the etiology and pathogenesis,classics prescription for syndrome of infertility based on the theory of "kidney Storing Essence" of .Results The research shows that the theory of "kidney Storing Essence" of regarding syndrome differentiation of infertility is extremely distinctive,the physiologic function of the theory of "kidney Storing Essence" has been recognized by ,it also states particularly and effectively that the malfunction of "Kidney Storing Essence" leads to infertility,deficiency of the kidney is the root as well kidney essence is the key point,the treatment of is characteristic,the Syndrome differentiation is original and the clinical prescriptions are worthy for reference.Conclusion At that time, was a classic example of the study regarding syndrome differentiation of infertility in the theory of "kidney Storing Essence" in Chinese medicine.It sets up the foundation for development of the "kidney Storing Essence" theory,nowadays,it also helps us to think more and deeper about the treatments of infertility,which is of great significance in guiding clinical practice.
