摘　　要：“三农”问题关乎国家发展大计。本文首先讨论福建省农村地区金融排斥存在的地区差异性;接着研究影响金融排斥的因素,发现农民可支配收入、住房居住面积、农村劳动力文化程度等三个变量具有显著性,这些变量水平的改善,则有利于巩固福建省精准扶贫的攻坚成果;最后提出贴合福建农村地区实际的精准扶贫机制创新建议。The issue of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”is related to the country’s development plan.This paper first discusses the regional differences in financial exclusion in rural areas of Fujian Province;then stu-dies the factors affecting financial exclusion,and finds that the three variables,namely,farmers’disposable income,the living area of housing,and the education level of rural labor force,are significant.The improvement of these variables is conducive to consolidating the key achievements of targeted poverty alleviation in Fujian Province;finally,it puts forward some innovative suggestions of targeted poverty alleviation mechanism suitable for the rural areas of Fujian Province.
