激光生发治疗仪对雄激素性秃发患者毛发密度及脱发量的影响

摘　　要：目的:基于临床随机对照试验评估激光生发治疗仪对雄激素性秃发患者的毛发密度及脱发量的治疗效果及安全性。方法:在门诊收集男性雄激素性秃发患者90例。随机分为两组,试验组使用Derma-650型激光生发治疗仪进行干预,每次30分钟,隔日一次;对照组使用米诺地尔凝胶干预,2次/天,每次1克。两组患者均连续治疗24周后评估疗效。结果:治疗24周后,试验组毛发密度为(104.97±11.40)根/cm^2,脱发量为(128.56±29.01)根;对照组毛发密度为(103.25±9.86)根/cm^2,脱发量(124.33±24.36)根。与治疗前比较,两组患者均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗后毛发密度改善率为(34.54±13.73)%,正常脱发比率为15.56%,对照组分别为(32.20±13.61)%,正常率为8.89%,两组组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良事件,不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用激光治疗雄激素性秃发,在治疗周期内可以改善脱发的相关症状,不良反应较少,临床中可以单独使用激光治疗AGA。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of laser therapy in patients with Androgenic Alopecia on hair density and hair loss based on Randomized Controlled Trial.Methods:90 patients with androgenic alopecia were collected in the outpatient department,and were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with derma-650 laser hair regeneration therapy instrument for 30 minutes each time and once every other day.The control group received minoxidil twice a day,1 g each time.Both groups were evaluated after 24 weeks of continuous treatment.Results:After 24 weeks of treatment,the hair density of the experimental group was(104.97±11.40)hair/cm^2,and the hair loss was(128.56±29.01)hair.In the control group,the hair density was(103.25±9.86)hair/cm^2,and the hair loss was(124.33±24.36)hair.Compared with baseline,both groups showed improvement with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hair density improvement rate of the experimental group was(34.54±13.73)%,the normal hair loss rate was 15.56%,the control group was(32.20±13.61)%,and the normal rate was 8.89%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laser treatment of androgenic alopecia can improve the symptoms of alopecia in the treatment cycle,with fewer adverse reactions.
