摘　　要：轻钢骨架-石膏基砂浆复合墙体是采用轻钢龙骨和钢板网作为骨架,以石膏基胶凝材料和聚苯颗粒为喷筑浆料,采用机械喷涂方法在轻钢骨架两侧整体喷筑复合而成的墙体。石膏基砂浆以脱硫石膏或磷石膏等工业废弃物为主要原材料,与聚苯颗粒通过科学配比配置出石膏基喷筑砂浆,具有利废减排的作用。喷筑形成的墙体具有良好的保温隔热、隔声、抗震等综合性能,喷筑施工效率高,机械化程度高,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Light steel skeleton and gypsum-based mortar composite wall is made of light steel furring and expanded steel net as skeleton,gypsum-based mortar as spray slurry,formed by mechanized spraying method.Gypsumbased mortar is made of desulphurization gypsum or phosphogypsum and polystyrene particle in a proper propor⁃tion,which benefits the recycle of industrial waste.Formed composite wall has good performance of thermal insula⁃tion,sound insulation and earthquake resistant behavior.The spray technology has high construction efficiency and high mechanization,which has good economic efficiency and social efficiency.
