摘  要:书写润滑度是评价中性笔书写性能的重要指标之一,其影响因素涉及笔头的材质、结构、加工精度、墨水性能以及笔头与墨水的匹配。本文采用国产炭黑为着色剂制备了系列色浆及中性墨水,分别研究了阴离子分散剂聚羧酸铵盐(5029)和非离子分散剂聚氧乙烯醚类(OP)、润滑剂油酸三乙醇胺(FM)和水溶性磷酸酯(MOA-3P)单独及复配使用对中性墨水书写润滑度的影响。结果表明:分散剂5029与OP复配、润滑剂FM与MOA-3P复配均具有协同效应,在色浆制备时添加3%的5029和2%的OP;墨水配制时添加1.5%的FM和1.0%的MOA-3P,可明显改善中性墨水的书写润滑度。调配的墨水与premec670/05笔头匹配,笔尖与纸张间的摩擦系数从0.202降至0.164,制得的成品笔书写手感顺畅,线迹饱满。Lubricity is one of the important indexes of writing performance of gel ink pen.Its influencing factors are texture,structure and processing accuracy of the pen point,ink performance and matching of the pen point and ink.A series of color pastes and gel inks were prepared by using domestic carbon black pigment as colorant in this article.The effects of anionic dispersing agent polycarboxylic acid ammonium salt(5029)and non-ionic dispersant polyoxyethylene ether(OP),lubricants oleic acid triethanolamine(FM)and water-soluble phosphate ester(MOA-3P)are used separately and in combination on the writing lubricity of gel ink were studied separately.The results show that the combination of dispersants 5029 and OP,lubricants FM and MOA-3P all have synergistic effects.3wt.% of 5029 and 2wt.% of OP were added in the preparation of color paste,adding 1.5wt.% of FM and 1.0wt.% of MOA-3P during ink preparation can obviously improve the writing lubricity performance of gel ink.The prepared ink matches the premec670/05 pen point,and the friction coefficient between the pen point and the paper dropped from 0.202 to 0.164,the finished pen is smooth in writing and full in line.
