不同给药途径米索前列醇对人流术前扩宫效果的临床价值体会

摘　　要：目的评价探究不同给药途径米索前列醇对人流术前扩宫效果的临床价值体会。方法选取2018年1月~2019年3月选择50例来我所门诊接受人流手术的患者作为本次调查的核心对象,遵循抽签法进行分组,两组均使用米索前列醇扩宫,观察组(25例行阴道给药扩宫)和对照组(25例口服用药扩宫)。观察两组扩宫效果及疼痛程度。结果观察组的扩宫总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组扩宫后的疼痛程度明显比对照组更严重,组间差异大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人流手术前使用米索前列醇进行扩宫,其不同给药途径的扩宫效果不同,采取阴道给药不仅能减缓患者的疼痛程度,还能提高扩宫效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of misoprostol administered by different routes in dilating uterus before abortion.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,50 patients who had undergone abortion in our outpatient department were selected as the core subjects of this survey.They were divided into two groups according to the drawing of lots.Misoprostol was used for uterine dilatation in both groups.The observation group (25 cases of vaginal dilatation) and the control group (25 cases of oral dilatation) were used for uterine dilatation.The effect of uterine dilatation and the degree of pain in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of uterine dilatation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05),and the pain degree in the observation group was significantly more serious than that in the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol can be used to dilate uterus before abortion, and the effect of different administration routes is different.Vaginal administration can not only alleviate the pain of patients,but also improve the effect of dilation of uterus.
