摘　　要：目的通过对中山大学附属第一医院2013—2017年间科研项目立项情况进行回顾分析,客观评价医院科研管理工作的现状,探讨存在的问题,并提出改进建议。方法通过采集5年间医院承担的国家级、省部级及厅局级科研项目立项情况,运用统计学方法对项目的数目、经费、分级、学科分布等因素进行分析研究。结果5年间立项的科研项目共1392项,总资助强度为54032.24万元。立项数目稳中有升,资助强度增长明显,国家级项目的增长尤为突出。立项项目涵盖92个科室,重点学科及重点专科是科研项目的主要产地。结论医院致力于规范科研项目的全过程管理,充分调动科研人员积极性,加强人才的引进和培养,并打造优势学科,发挥学科的带动引领作用。下一步应明确学科发展的方向,完善人才评价体系,改进现行激励机制,同时,强化各行政管理部门的联动服务意识,形成积极向上的科研氛围。Objective To objectively evaluate the present scientific research management of the first affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University through a retrospective analysis of the research projects from 2013 to 2017 and to provide suggestions for improvement.Methods National,provincial and bureau-level research projects in the past five years were collected and analyzed in terms of projects'number,funding,classification,and discipline distribution.Results A total of 1,392 research projects were initiated in the past five years,with a total funding of 54,032.24 million yuan.The number of projects increased steadily,and the funding intensity increased significantly,especially in national projects.The projects covered 92 departments,and the institutions of key disciplines and specialties were the main origin.Conclusion The hospital is committed to the improvement of process management,researchers'motivation,talents'introduction and cultivation,and predominant discipline construction.The next step is to clarify the direction of discipline development,improve the talent evaluation system and the current incentive mechanism,and strengthen the service consciousness of various administrative departments in order to form a positive scientific research atmosphere.
