摘　　要：新形势下,加强医院文化建设是医院适应新环境,持续发展的关键。笔者从服务文化、廉政文化、品牌文化、管理文化四方面着手,分析了践行社会主义核心价值观对医院文化建设的作用,最后提出通过社会主义核心价值观来引领医院文化建设,更好地促进医院的发展。Under the new situation,strengthening the construction of hospital culture is the key to the hospital's adaptation to the new environment and sustainable development.The author starts from the four aspects of service culture,clean government culture,brand culture and management culture.It analyzes the effect of practicing socialist core values on hospital culture construction.Finally,it proposes to lead the hospital culture construction through socialist core values and better promote the development of hospital.
