产前综合护理干预在提高疤痕子宫生理产率中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的通过调查研究,对疤痕子宫妊娠孕产妇的产前护理干预应用效果进行分析。方法自我院收治的疤痕子宫妊娠孕产妇的数据信息中,筛取2018年1月~2019年6月前的疤痕子宫妊娠孕产妇,通过对比护理进行效果观察。结果通过护理干预,结论产前综合护理干预对疤痕子宫妊娠孕产妇和胎儿健康能起到保障效果,利于孕产妇阴道分娩顺利实施,适合大力推广。Objective To analyze the effect of prenatal nursing intervention for pregnant and lying-in women with scar uterus through investigation and research.Methods From the data of scar uterus pregnant and lying-in women admitted to our hospital,the scar uterus pregnant and lying-in women before January 2018 to June 2019 were screened,and the effect of nursing was observed by comparison.Result Through nursing intervention,Conclusion Prenatal comprehensive nursing intervention can guarantee the health of pregnant women and fetuses with scar uterus pregnancy,facilitate the smooth implementation of vaginal delivery of pregnant women,and is suitable for vigorous promotion.
